Michael L. Rubino's Grave Marker

This grave marker which is at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, located at
179 Hackensack Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey reveals that
Michael L. Rubino served in the U.S. Navy most likely between the
first and second World Wars. Michael L. Rubino would have been 18 in 1929 and, unless he stayed in service, would not have been drafted during World War II

Also, and most important, the grave marker does not state
Michael L. Rubino served during World War II. Michael L. Rubino’s
grave marker shows he died at the young age of only 44 and confirms his connection to Hackensack by being buried within its borders since passing and forevermore.

There is a Charles Rubino on the Original Wall Unit List which is at Hackensack High School, but Michael L. Rubino’s grave marker confirms his service for which we are grateful.
